Everyone has an aura. This is the energy field that surrounds all living things. There are several methods to see your own aura, but first we need to understand what it is and how you can find yours. To put it simply, the aura is a subtle light that emanates from every person. It’s not visible to the human eye, but some people can perceive it with special skills called “third eye” or “inner sight”. The word “aura” comes from the Greek meaning “vapor or radiant light” and has been part of many cultures for thousands of years. In fact, scientists have proven that humans give off an electromagnetic field when we stand in sunlight; this is similar to what we know as the Aura.

What Does Seeing Your Aura Feel Like?

Many people describe seeing their own aura as a vivid dream-like state. Others compare the experience to a state of heightened awareness. You might just feel a sense of euphoria and a strong desire to look for your aura and see what’s inside. When you see your own aura, you might see different colors, shapes, and textures. Purple might be your natural color, for example, or you could have a combination of colors. Some people’s auras are very bright and colorful, while others are more muted. When you see your own aura, your awareness will almost certainly be heightened. You might feel a sense of bliss or excitement. You might even see colors or shapes around other people. This state of heightened awareness can be challenging in social situations, so it’s important to learn how to bring it down again.

How to See Your Own Aura

Seeing your own aura can be an exciting and illuminating experience, but it can also be a little tricky to get started. Here are a few ways you can begin to see your own aura. Keep in mind that it might take a few attempts before you’re able to actually perceive your own aura.

– First, find a place to sit or lie down where you won’t be disturbed. You may choose to light a candle or incense and relax while staring into the flame or watching the smoke drift through the air. You can also try meditating or practicing yoga, as these activities can help you quiet your mind and focus your attention on the present moment.

– Try focusing on your breath, particularly the feeling of air flowing in and out of your nostrils. Once you’ve got your breathing under control, shift your attention to the sound of your heartbeat. You can also try visualizing a sound, like ocean waves or a babbling brook.

– Another way to quiet your mind is to focus your attention on your third eye, which is located between your eyebrows. When you’ve found this spot, try visualizing it as if it were a door. Once the door is open, you can let your aura flow out through it.

– Another way to see your aura is to think of your body as an open circuit. Once you’ve closed your circuit, you can use a lit candle or incense to bring more energy into your body. As the smoke passes through your aura, it will pick up your energy and glow in varying colors.

Seeing Auras Through the Third Eye

The third eye is the part of our brain responsible for imagination, intuition, and visualization. It’s activated when we’re dreaming or meditating, and it’s the part of our mind that allows us to see auras. There are a number of ways to activate your third eye, the simplest of which is to try visualizing a purple light or a white light. Once you can see the light, try to extend it out through your third eye into the world around you. You can also try visualizing your third eye as a real, physical thing. Some people like to think of it as a crystal ball or an eye. When you’ve found your third eye, you can use it to perceive your aura. Your aura is made up of different colors, which can vary from person to person. Some auras are very vibrant, while others are more muted.

Learning to See Auras Through Shintaido

Shintaido, a martial arts and movement practice, focuses on bringing more energy and vitality into the world through art, dance, and martial arts. Practitioners can use these disciplines to expand their auras so that they can see other people’s auras as well as their own. One of the best ways to learn to see other people’s auras is to look at them while you’re in a state of positive emotion. You can also focus on an object, like a flower or a piece of art. You might also choose to look at a photograph or a person you love. This can help you open your heart and see their aura more clearly.

How to see your aura using chakras and kundalini energy

The chakras are energy centers in the body. They’re also thought to be connected to our aura. The first chakra is located at the base of your spine and corresponds to the color red. The second chakra is orange, the third is yellow, the fourth is green, the fifth is blue, the sixth is indigo, and the seventh is violet. The kundalini energy is another energy that connects to the chakras. It travels through your chakras like a snake, activating them and bringing more energy into the body. If a chakra is blocked, your kundalini energy will rise up until it reaches it. If you want to see your aura, you can try visualizing it with the chakras and kundalini in mind. You can also try focusing on a color associated with a chakra, such as red with the first chakra.

Conclusion

Seeing your own aura can be a truly life-changing experience. It’s also a lot of fun and can teach you a lot about yourself. It can also help you to better understand other people, as it gives you a better sense of what makes them tick. Seeing your own aura is a process that takes patience, practice, and dedication. It’s important to remember that everyone is at different stages of development and everybody’s journey is different. If you feel frustrated or disheartened, take a break and try again later.

Bonus: Below are some simple steps that can help you catch a glimpse of your aura color while you are practicing the methods above. It can take some time and practice to see your aura, but I found that the steps below speed up the process a bit and help with training your eyes to see your aura. When I started out, all I could see was a clear, whitish energy field that touched my skin, but with practice, I was able to see just beyond that field and see my actual aura color. The clear, whitish energy field was my first step. It is a very thin field of energy that looks similar to heat waves rising from the road. Right next to that field will be your aura color. I had to train my eyes to see it, but once you do see it and keep practicing, you’ll find it is much easier to see it again and again! In my next post, I’ll go over aura colors and their meanings.
